Orders
When you place an order, you’re agreeing to pay the listed price (plus tax and shipping if applicable). We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders at our discretion. If something’s off — like inventory issues or a pricing error — we may cancel or adjust the order and let you know.
All purchases are for personal use only — not for resale.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Colorado to U.S. addresses only. Orders are usually packed up within 3–5 business days, and most arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the shipping carrier’s control — but we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow it.
Returns

The short version:

Prices may change without notice. You’ll always be charged the price shown at checkout, including any applicable tax and shipping. By completing your order, you confirm that your payment info is valid and you’re authorized to use it.

We do our best to show our products clearly, but screens vary — colors and details may look a little different in person. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

If you send us a review, photo, or suggestion, you’re giving us permission to use it in marketing or elsewhere. We won’t post anything misleading or use your full name without asking.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RTG isn’t liable for indirect or accidental damages — including lost packages, shipping delays, or lost profits. If something serious happens, our liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for your order.
