We ship anywhere in the U.S. — no international orders right now.

Orders usually go out in 3–5 business days, and shipping takes about 3–7 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Shipping Rates:
– $8.99 flat rate on orders under $150
– Free shipping on orders of $150 or more

If your tracking number never updates or your order seems stuck in transit, email support@rtg-alw.com — we’ll make it right.

If your tracking says “delivered” but the package is nowhere to be found, let us know within 7 days so we can investigate. Replacements or refunds in those cases are handled at our sole discretion.
